Fabian has worked in communications for nearly 20 years, publicising major organisations like Sky, ITN and The National Lottery, heading up the comms team for national children’s charity Chance to Shine and, most recently, setting up his own freelance consultancy, Devlin Communications. Fabian is passionate about mental health and, following his own experience of anxiety and depression, he has co-curated a men’s mental health book, ‘Big Boys Don’t Cry?’. The collection of 60 stories from men from different backgrounds with lived experience of a range of mental illnesses, was launched in May 2020 (bigboysdontcry.co.uk). Fabian lives with his wife and daughter in South West London and enjoys mindful meditation, playing cricket and walking his King Charles Cavalier Spaniel Star.

Harpreet works as a Business Development Manager for NatWest Intermediary Solutions based in Birmingham. Alongside his day job, Harpreet is a keen diversity and wellbeing advocate for the bank. As a former regional chair for the Multicultural Network, he is passionate about exploring how wellbeing impacts BAME colleagues within the business and local community, finding practical solutions to help break the stigma around mental health within ethnic communities.

Nick is an award winning mental health speaker, campaigner and digital content creator. Alongside his day job as a Digital Product Leader for Sainsbury’s, Nick co-chairs the Sainsbury’s Mental Health and Wellbeing colleague group, and is a member of the Speaker’s Collective. 

Nick shares his lived experience of anxiety and suicidal thoughts to demonstrate that mental ill health does not define us or limit our potential. Through his talks Nick shows that we can all proactively manage our wellbeing and build mental resilience. 

Winning the This Can Happen Future Leader award in 2019, Nick has been described as an inspiring leader and change agent, with relentless energy to make a difference in people’s lives. Nick is living proof that change is possible.

Sylvia left a successful investment banking career and is now a mental health in the workplace consultant, NLP coach and integrative counsellor. She also talks openly and honestly about her personal experience and transformation from mental ill health (suicidal depression) to mental wealth. In her last position, Director, HSBC, Global Banking & Markets, Sylvia lead a globally respected team working in highly pressurised environments managing a multi-billion USD portfolio. As HSBC’s mental health network Chair, she also innovatively and effectively drove the Time to Change agenda forward. Sylvia has an insightful blend of business, professional and personal experience, and a practical approach to building supportive workplaces by moving awareness and information into actions.

Paul is a mental health speaker, author and Founder of Everymind at Work. A digital platform that provides mental health support in your employees pockets, whenever they need it. In 2009, Paul was personally affected by mental illness after losing his Dad to suicide. With very little warning signs, it was something that he struggled to deal with at the time. But today, he shares that story in the hope of normalising mental health conversations.

His work has been featured on Sky News, BBC News and The Huffington Post and Paul has delivered presentations to organisations such as Ernst & Young, Warner Brothers, Lloyds TSB and more.

Amy has been a part of Experian’s rapid surge in mental health and wellbeing awareness since January 2019. With almost 4,000 people to look out for, she is hyper-focused in breaking the back of mental health stigma and creating a more educated, inclusive and caring world of work. When not running around Experian’s offices speaking to as many people as she can about how they can make things better, she’s planning, writing content and building momentum to drive the necessary programmes and initiatives to create real change. Amy feels extremely humbled and lucky to live out her values and passions through her work.
